The 2013 Episodes
The year 2013 would see two major events for Constitution Thursday. First, the decision was made for Dave & John to start over at the beginning and with the first episode return to the start of the Preamble. By the end of September, Dave & John would work their way through the entirety of the seven Articles, with a couple of Bonus episodes along the way.
Secondly, 2013 would also see the end of Constitution Thursday as a broadcast segment of Afternoons Live, followed just four days later by the replacement of the show with The Dave Bowman Show. Management had decided that Constitution Thursday was not “what listeners want to hear on Conservative Talk radio,” and it was shelved for a more traditional talk radio format. It was promised that the files would be available on the station web site, but that did not happen for a variety of technical reasons which were not the fault of the local station.
Here then are the 2013 Constitution Thursday Episodes in their entirety, as originally broadcast on Afternoons Live with Dave & John on KFIV and KWSX Modesto/Stockton.
